Academic Achievements and Impact

To date, Dr. Zhou Min has published over 30 SCI papers as corresponding or first author in journals such as Hepatology, Frontiers in Immunology, Neuroendocrinology, Neurocritical Care, and the Journal of Inflammation Research. She has been invited to write 3 review articles and contribute to 5 textbooks and guidelines in critical care medicine. Dr. Zhou has also been invited to deliver keynote presentations at various national and international conferences related to critical care and neurocritical medicine.

 

Her main projects include 3 general and key projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 key project funded by the Anhui Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and 1 project supported by the “Keda New Medicine” Foundation. Dr. Zhou holds 2 national invention patents and has received several awards, including the 2020 “Anhui Province May Day Model Worker” honor, the 2008 Anhui Province Science and Technology Progress Third Prize, and has guided 2 new technology and project initiatives at the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China.

The research work mainly focuses on immunology/cell biology, basic and clinical research on sepsis, neuroimmune regulation of lung injury, and the mechanisms of brain function and brain diseases.
