Personal Profile

Dr. Xiangting Wang received her Ph.D. in Molecular Pathology from the University of California, San Diego in 2007, where she stayed for her postdoctoral research. Her research interests include long non-coding RNA, RNA modification and the related binding protein/modification enzymes in diseases. She is one of the first researchers worldwide involved in the long non-coding RNAs studies, and has publications on Nature, PLoS Biology, Genome Research, and Cell Discovery. Dr. Wang is the associate editor of RNA Biology, and has served as reviewer for Nature Reviews MCB, Nature Methods and PNAS.
