Research Interests

1. Blood cell differentiation and regulation in mice and humans under physiological, stress, aging, and pathological conditions.

2. Mechanisms of human hematopoietic system diseases, focusing on Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS), Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN), acquired Aplastic Anemia (aAA), and Acute Leukemia (AML, ALL).

Biography

Specially-appointed Professor and Ph.D. supervisor, recipient of the National High-level Talent Youth Program. Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Xi'an Jiaotong University in July 2009 and a Ph.D. in Clinical Medicine (Hematology) from Peking Union Medical College in July 2015. Conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Michigan Medical School and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from October 2015 to March 2023. Focused on studying the spatial structure and regulatory mechanisms of the bone marrow hematopoietic system using confocal microscopy and transgenic mouse models. Some research findings were published in *Nature* (2021, 2024). Received the EvansMDS Young Investigator Award in 2021. Joined the School of Life Sciences and Medicine at the University of Science and Technology of China on March 27, 2023.
