Graduated with a bachelor's degree from the School of Life Sciences at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2014. Studied under Professor Shouhong Guang at USTC, earning a PhD in Genetics (2014-2019) and conducting postdoctoral research (2019-2020). In 2020, joined the Ben Lehner Lab at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) in Spain for postdoctoral research. Joined the School of Life Sciences and Medicine at USTC in 2024.
The research group currently integrates systems genetics, molecular biology, computational biology, and structural biology to explore scientific questions related to protein-protein interactions, protein-small molecule interactions, and allosteric regulation mechanisms. Using the oncogene KRAS as a starting point, the group focuses on the mining, processing, and analysis of quantitative biological big data, as well as the development and establishment of related methodologies. Major research findings have been published in journals such as *Nature*, *Genes & Development*, and *Cell Reports*.
Main Research Interests
- Cutting-edge techniques for mining, processing, and analyzing quantitative biological big data
- Allosteric regulation mechanisms of biological macromolecules
- Signal transduction and cancer
